I have discovered over the years that being overstimulated does not serve me. You know what overstimulates me? Employees!!!! Trying to find the perfect employee is not a real thing, what I can do is find the perfect one for me. One that can work without a list, one that can be dependable or even trustworthy.

What if I am supposed to to do all the work myself because after all, it is MY CALLING and no one else’s. Maybe me looking for an employee is the actual issue?

The magic is being able to meet and greet and help everyone that walks through those doors but he reality is I have not been doing so. I want to serve more and to create more happiness on the planet without overdoing ME. I was hoping to build a team of willing souls to serve and in the process get paid…. How is this achieved?

Maybe :

• being opened only the days I can commit and not hire another?

• setting up schedules for personal shopping times?

• Keep trying to hire someone that is trustworthy and dependable and ACCOUNTABLE?

• Open on weekends only?

Please give me suggestions on how I can better serve you and not destroy the integrity of the business. I would love to hear how the Stonerz can help me solve my employees issues. Feedback please
